Warm Hands

The other day Sara was not feeling that well so I thought a Popsicle would be a nice treat. The next day the girls wanted another Popsicle, but Emily explained how she did not want her hands to get cold. The girls then told me that they could wear their gloves! Pretty clever! (Sara is feeling better by the way and we are on our 2nd box of Popsicles!)

We are Thankful

There is so much that we are thankful for this year. Sara and Emily are thankful for their family and friends and their family and friends are thankful for them! We all had a wonderful time celebrating the holiday at Gammie and Papa's house. It was great spending time with everyone and eating all the Thanksgiving treats! We hope the holiday season continues to be just as wonderful. Thank you everyone!

A Very Special Day!

So it is official! Sara and Emily are both graduates of Early Intervention! We had our final visit the other day to celebrate how far Sara and Emily have come. The girls and I went out to the local bakery to pick out celebratory cup cakes...Sara wanted chocolate with chocolate frosting and Emily picked vanilla cake with white frosting. Opposites attract! Sara and Emily will continue to participate in the Early Intervention classes as community children. We are so proud of Sara and Emily and hope they continue with their great successes!

Sweet Caroline and Eleanor

Sara and Emily had the pleasure of hanging out with their daddy while Mommy visited her friend Lesley in Texas last week! Mommy had a lovely time seeing Lesley and Lesley's newborn baby Eleanor! Mommy also had a fabulous time being with Caroline, two and a half! Eleanor and Caroline are so precious. Mommy came back home with lots of stories for Sara and Emily. Emily keeps asking to hear stories about Caroline at the park and Eleanor in her stroller. Sara wants to take a plane to visit Texas, but wants Mommy to stay home for a while. Emily and Sara thank Auntie Lesley for their pretty beaded necklaces and bracelets! (Caroline..."Elbow Power!")

Weekend in Vermont!

Another successful trip to the Coyne Estates in Vermont! As always the girls had a wonderful time...they loved the Vermont toys, the Vermont fresh air and the opportunity to roam around aimlessly on the mountain. Without a doubt the company was top notch too! Emily and Sara are sending you all a huge Vermont Hug! Thanks Coyne Family!

Fall Time Fun

Sara and Emily sure make raking leaves look fun! With the help of Gramma and her next door neighbor Gordon, the girls had a splendid time playing in the leaves the other day. This is what being a kid is all about!

Trick or Treat Ladybugs!

These little ladybugs had a super Halloween! They received lots of treats and more treats and more treats! It was such a beautiful night and the girls were able to show off their cute costumes and say what they have been practicing to say all month long..."Trick or Treat! Happy Halloween!" By the end of the night the girls' bags were full of treats and prizes. Hope you all had a Happy Halloween...and get ready for turkey time!
