Sweet Valentines

The other day the girls were very busy with making valentines for Daddy and heart healthy valentine muffins. The valentines for Daddy were a big hit,but the end product of the healthy muffins...not so much. The girls enjoyed mixing all the ingredients for the muffins and loved watching the batter turn into real muffins, but I guess the idea of making them with whole wheat flour was not the best choice for the girls' taste buds! Happy Valentine's Day!

The Aquarium

Today the we all went to the Aquarium in Boston. The girls asked to take the train and did not want Mommy and Daddy to take the strollers. So we took the T and the girls enjoyed walking from the subway to the Aquarium. The girls really enjoyed walking around and were even able to touch some hermit crabs! It was a perfect day to go because the place was not too crowded and Sara and Emily were able to see so many neat creatures. They saw the lots of penguins, huge sea turtles, sharks and a variety of jelly fish. We had a great time and nap time later that day was great for all of us!

Look On The Bright Side!

Red Sox season is right around the corner! So here is a little picture from the girls' early years reminding you to look on the bright side! Go Red Sox!

Sara Shakes it for Tom! (and Auntie Jaime!)

Sara has recently become a huge fan of dancing and the other day she heard the song that goes..."shake it like a Polaroid picture...". It is now her favorite song as well as her Tom Brady shirt. Everywhere we go she has to tell people that she is wearing her Tom Brady shirt and that he is her man. I don't know where she gets it from! Go Pats!

Lots of Updates!

"Hey everyone! My mommy finally updated the blog so take a few minutes to take a look at all the fun things Emily and I have been doing!"

Finger painting quickly turned into paint brush painting. The girls don't like to get their fingers too dirty so the opted to use the paint brushes once they realize what finger paints were all about. They make me laugh every day!

What's Cooking?

Sara has become very domestic these days. First she wants to wash dishes now she wants to bake! Sara had a great time mixing up a batch of chocolate chip cookies and watching the dough turn into cookies (we were very safe with the oven...have an adult use the oven). She loved her big cookie and even saved Emily one...Emily was napping while the baking was taking place!

Love and Football

(Watching their boys play football...you are never to young to be a Pats fan!)

Sisters and Best Friends!

Washing Dishes!

Sara and Emily love to wash dishes! They each have their own aprons and scrubbies that make washing dishes more fun! The trick is to keep the water in the sink. They are getting to be so grown up!
